venpkr is an online betting and casino information platform built for the Pakistani market. The Platform is operated and maintained in English. All Platform content, rules, policies and communications are provided in English. Urdu-language support assistance is available through customer support channels during selected hours, but English remains the official and binding language of these Terms.
By accessing, registering on or using the Platform in any way, you confirm that: (a) you have read and fully understood these Terms; (b) you agree to be bound by them; and (c) you meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 3. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the Platform.

In these Terms, unless the context otherwise requires, the following terms have the meanings set out below:

To use the Platform's betting and gaming features, you must create an Account. During registration, you will be required to provide accurate, current and complete personal information including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, email address and any other information requested. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change.
Each User is permitted to hold only one Account. Registering or attempting to register multiple Accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. venpkr will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify venpkr's support team immediately if you believe your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.
venpkr operates Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures as part of responsible platform management. You may be required to submit identity documents — such as a government-issued photo ID, proof of address or proof of payment method — before withdrawals are processed or at any time venpkr deems necessary. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account restrictions or withdrawal delays.
All deposits must be made using payment methods available on the Platform at the time of transaction. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. Deposits must come from a payment source registered in your name — third-party deposits are not permitted.
Payment method names such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are referenced only as familiar Pakistani payment services for informational context. Their inclusion does not constitute any endorsement of, affiliation with, or support for gambling activities by those institutions or services.
Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. venpkr reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending satisfactory identity verification. Processing times for withdrawals vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier section of your Account.
Amounts on the Platform may be referenced in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) for the convenience of Pakistani users. Actual account currency, exchange rates and conversion mechanics are determined by the platform's cashier settings and may differ. Check the cashier section for applicable currency terms.
venpkr does not charge a platform fee on deposits. Some payment providers may apply their own processing charges, over which venpkr has no control. Any applicable fees are the responsibility of the User.
All bonuses, promotions and free bet offers on venpkr are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the point of offer. Where a wagering requirement applies, the full requirement must be completed before bonus-derived winnings can be converted to withdrawable funds.
Each bonus will specify a wagering requirement expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 20x). This means the bonus amount — or, in some cases, the bonus plus deposit amount — must be wagered the stated number of times on qualifying games or markets before a withdrawal can be processed. Games may contribute to wagering requirements at different rates; details are provided in the specific bonus terms.
venpkr reserves the right to void bonuses and cancel associated winnings where it identifies, at its reasonable discretion, any evidence of bonus abuse, exploitation of promotional terms, use of automated betting systems or any activity intended to circumvent the spirit of a promotion. Decisions on bonus abuse are final.
venpkr operates a tiered VIP rewards programme (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond and Black). Tier eligibility, associated perks and turnover thresholds are illustrative examples only unless specifically confirmed in writing. The programme terms are subject to change and the current applicable terms are those published on the Platform at the relevant time.

venpkr reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to bets that exceed applicable limits or bets placed on markets that have been suspended. A bet is only confirmed and binding once a confirmation reference has been issued by the Platform.
In the event of a technical error, system malfunction or human error that results in incorrect odds, game outcomes or payout calculations, venpkr reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes. No claim for losses attributable to an error will be accepted where the error was the direct cause of an inflated or incorrect payout.
Live betting markets — including cricket in-play markets covering PSL T20, ICC tournaments and bilateral series — are updated in real time. Bets placed on in-play markets are subject to a brief acceptance delay to mitigate the risk of latency abuse. Odds displayed during live events are indicative until formally accepted by the system.
Return to Player (RTP) percentages displayed on the Platform are illustrative figures based on the stated parameters of the underlying game engine. Actual returns will vary over individual playing sessions. venpkr sources games from established technology providers whose products operate using certified random number generation (RNG) systems.

venpkr strictly enforces an 18+ age policy. Where the applicable license jurisdiction requires a higher minimum age, that higher age applies. venpkr reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time and will suspend Account access pending satisfactory verification.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform. Any User found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their Account suspended or terminated and any balance held may be forfeited:
All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, software code, data compilations and the overall design and layout — is the property of venpkr or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, in accordance with these Terms. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display or otherwise exploit any Platform content without prior written consent from venpkr.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, venpkr, its officers, directors, employees and technology partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profits or business interruption — even if venpkr has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
venpkr does not guarantee the uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical incidents and events beyond venpkr's reasonable control (Force Majeure) may temporarily affect Platform availability. venpkr shall not be liable for losses arising from Platform unavailability during such events.
Nothing in these Terms limits venpkr's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
Gambling Risk: All gambling involves financial risk. Losses are possible on every bet or gaming session. venpkr makes no guarantee of any return on amounts wagered. If gambling is causing you financial or emotional distress, use our responsible gambling tools or contact our support team immediately.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting the venpkr support team through the Help Centre or Live Chat. Upon Account closure, any verified real-money balance remaining after deduction of applicable bonus funds will be returned to you subject to KYC completion and standard withdrawal processing times.
venpkr reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without notice, where it determines, at its reasonable discretion, that you have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in any prohibited conduct, or where continued operation of your Account would pose a risk to the integrity of the Platform, to other users, or to venpkr's regulatory or operational obligations.
Upon Account termination, your right to access and use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that are by their nature intended to survive termination — including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, dispute resolution and any outstanding financial obligations — shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Platform is licensed to operate. The applicable governing law is determined by the operator's licensing jurisdiction and may not be the law of Pakistan.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Platform or any transactions conducted on the Platform shall first be referred to venpkr's customer support team for informal resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within a reasonable time, it shall be escalated in accordance with the dispute resolution procedure available in the Help Centre.
Nothing in this section affects any statutory rights you may have under the laws of your jurisdiction that cannot be excluded by contract.
venpkr reserves the right to modify, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, venpkr will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to Account holders via email or an in-platform notification. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
The date of the most recent review of these Terms is displayed at the top of this page. We recommend that you review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes. If you do not accept any revised Terms, you must discontinue your use of the Platform and contact the support team to close your Account.
